SERI WELCOMES TIPS AND COMPLAINTS FROM ALL STAKEHOLDERS

The information shared through the R2 Tipline will help us in our continued efforts to promote best practices and accountability in our industry, maintain the credibility of the R2 program and its certification and further advance our mission of sustainable use, reuse, and recycling of electronics.

Complaints vs Tips 

Complaints: The Code of Practices requires the CB to investigate any complaint issued to them regarding an R2 certified Facility.  

R2 Tip: SERI will give consideration to all R2 Tips received. However, unlike complaints where evidence is provided, the investigation into an R2 Tips may not always yield an outcome or resolution.  

We handle all submissions with confidentiality and professionalism, sharing information only with relevant parties when necessary. We are committed to transparency, accountability, and safeguarding your privacy. As such, we provide an option in the form for you to indicate your preference to keep your information confidential.  

How do I submit a formal complaint? 

If you would like to present a formal complaint (with evidence) regarding an R2 Certified Facility, auditor, CB or consultant, contact the CB that has certified the R2 Facility directly by clicking on the CBs below:
