Communicating list of non-R2 certified locations

Q.  In requirement 1.(c), what is the intent of communicating the listing of any non-R2 certified locations, and how can this be done on an “ongoing” basis as required?

Information on R2 Certified and non-R2 facilities must be communicated publicly to provide clarity to all interested parties which facilities are, and are not, R2 Certified.

The term “ongoing” is used to indicate that there must be continued communication of any related sites that are managing used electronic equipment, components or materials but are not R2 Certified.  Means of communicating this information may include, but are not limited to, websites and advertising materials.
